The purpose of this form is to enable individuals to provide the necessary information to the U.S. Naval War College for admissions consideration, enrollment, and administrative processing associated therewith.

If you are a previous student or have previously submitted an application for any Naval War College program, you do not need to submit another application. You just need to submit a course request. Please go to the Fleet Seminar web site Fleet Seminar Program | Enrollment (usnwc.edu) and use the link for students with or without a CAC as appropriate to submit a course request.

The information you provide becomes part of your NWC record. If admitted, the information will be used to enroll you in this program and report your successful completion. Completion of this form is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide your social security number will prevent your enrollment.
